4月22日，伦敦现货黄金下跌2.72%，报2326.810美元/盎司，创近两年单日最大跌幅，盘中，现货黄金大跌逾60美元/盎司，连续跌破多个整数关口。
COMEX黄金期货同样大幅，收盘下跌3%，报2341.1美元/盎司；COMEX白银期货下跌5.58%，报27.235美元/盎司。
国内金价同样迎来回调，今天，多家珠宝品牌零售金价均下调14元左右，如周大福、曼卡龙等品牌，昨天挂牌为733元/克，今天已调整至719元/克。
受国际金价大跌影响，今天早盘，A股黄金板块跌幅居前，多只个股大跌，莱绅通灵跌停。
“市场都认为近期黄金涨得猛、涨得急，总会来一波调整，迟迟不来，现在终于来了。”浙江一家国有银行国际部高级经理向记者表示，黄金不可能只涨不跌，回调也是注定的。
他分析指出，中东局势缓和，黄金避险吸引力降温，美联储年内降息预期持续降温，强势美元格局下对贵金属走势不利，都是本次金价下跌的原因。与此同时，从技术上来看，黄金技术图形已走出一个头部形态，所以黄金有可能会迎来一段时间的调整。
短期内来看，投资者对中东冲突的担忧有所缓解，促使他们缩减避险交易，与此同时，市场对于美联储降息的押注减少，美元、美国国债收益走高，对金价构成压力。总体而言，当前贵金属价格偏离明显，要等它均值回归，等一些不理性的投资从这个市场上出清，或者说等到大家情绪稳定之后，黄金就会逐步企稳，再恢复它的一个基本价值走势。
上文国有银行高级经理则表示：“长期来说，我继续看好黄金走势，但短期而言，不要轻易去判断它回调有多深，大家只能跟着市场盘面反映出来的博弈结果，因此还是建议投资者理性投资，趋势不好，就要适当减仓，而不是反向操作。”
