据此前媒体报道，3月31日晚，济南电子机械工程学校内发生一起校外人员与学生间的冲突事件。多位知情人透露，因3名醉酒男子假装外卖员戏弄一名女同学，双方发生口角，3名男同学发现后进行了制止。此后3名醉酒男子闯入学校，一名醉酒男子掐住男同学小超（化名）的脖子，小超挥拳反击后该醉酒男子倒地。此后，当地警方赶往现场进行处置，双方签订了和解协议。4月1日，小超父亲收到济南市公安局高新技术开发区分局的拘留通知书，小超因涉嫌故意伤害罪被刑事拘留。
