2024年3月10日，河北省邯郸市肥乡区初一学生王某某被杀害。3月11日，涉案的张某某、李某、马某某3名未成年犯罪嫌疑人被公安机关全部抓获。检察机关高度重视，依法提前介入公安机关侦查活动。3月21日，邯郸市肥乡区公安局对涉嫌故意杀人罪的张某某、李某及马某某提请检察机关核准追诉。
检察机关审查认为，张某某、李某及马某某3人作案时已满十二周岁不满十四周岁，故意杀人致被害人王某某死亡，情节恶劣，应当追究刑事责任。根据《中华人民共和国刑法》第十七条第三款的规定，河北省检察机关逐级层报最高人民检察院对张某某、李某及马某某核准追诉。
近日，经最高人民检察院审查，依法决定对犯罪嫌疑人张某某、李某及马某某核准追诉。
检察机关将在严格依法办案的同时，切实履行法律监督职责，进一步加大未成年人犯罪预防和治理力度。
